Operating System Updates

If you have recently updated your Mac operating system, and FotoFusion will not relaunch, a simple reinstallation should fix it.
Download the software from the LumaPix website (www.LumaPix.com).
It will download to your DOWNLOADS folder. Open this zip file to unpack it. If it doesn’t open or you receive a message about the tool being “not approved”, right-mouse select the file to open it (it’s being blocked because it is not an Apple Store approved application).
Run through the installer steps, then relaunch the software as you normally would. It should open, activated, as normal.

Clean reinstallation

If you have been using FotoFusion on a Mac for some time, and find that it is running slowly or behaving oddly (menus and tool boxes do not display correctly), then please try a clean reinstallation. Note that this procedure does not harm you saved projects.

Download the reinstallation tool: http://www.lumapix.com/downloads/macffclean2.zip
It will download to your DOWNLOADS folder.
Open this zip file to unpack it. If it doesn’t open or you receive a message about the tool being “not approved”, right-mouse select the file to open it (it’s being blocked because it is not an Apple Store approved application).
Run the cleaner tool after it unpacks – wait a moment as it may not seem anything is happening, but eventually you will be prompted to back up your cache to your desktop, and complete the uninstallation.
Reinstall the software from the LumaPix website (as explained above) nd reactivate it with your UserId and Password.
