A yearbook that is being managed with assigned team members may limit the manner in which some team members can edit and access the book’s pages.
Team management can be set by the Manager and Co-Managers of the book. These individuals will see a Team tab at the top of the My Book area.
When the team member is added, the manager will assign a role to the team member. This will give the team member certain permissions and restrictions over editing capabilities.
Note that editors can only edit pages assigned to them; neither editors nor senior editors can add or remove pages from the book – only the Advisors and Managers can perform this task.
